What this service is
TaleNest creates personalised children's books: an avatar and illustrations are generated from your child's photo, and the text from the story you choose. The preview (cover and three spreads) is free; the full book is paid.
Who may use it
The account is created by an adult parent or legal guardian. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to consent to its processing.
Payments and refunds
Payments are one-off, per book or credit bundle. If the book doesn't come out right, we regenerate broken pages for free or refund you on request within 14 days of payment.
Rights to the book
The finished book is for your family's personal, non-commercial use. Sharing the link with loved ones is fine; selling the book or its parts is not.
Generation limits
The service declines requests for inappropriate content. We may block accounts that upload photos without the right to do so or otherwise abuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll notify you about substantial changes by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
